Kasey Bolton

Narrative:  Kasey has a broad range of experiences that allow him to anticipate clients’ needs and provide practical solutions through dynamic advocacy.  His practice focuses on cases involving sales and use taxes, property taxes, corporate taxes and realty transfer taxes.  Since joining Van Allen LLC, Kasey has worked with many of Pennsylvania’s largest and most influential corporations. 

Prior to joining Van Allen LLC, Kasey served as a law clerk for Judge Henry Van Eck of the Middle District of Pennsylvania and practiced with a well-regarded central Pennsylvania litigation firm. 

Kasey attended Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and is a 2015 graduate.  He graduated with honors while also being a member of the Widener Law Journal.  During his time at Widener, Kasey received the ABI Medal of Excellence, won the Hugh B. Pearce Harrisburg Trial Advocacy Tournament and was selected by the American Bankruptcy Institute to draft an article to be published in their monthly publication.
